2. Added the Meaningful Heading validation that checks whether each heading on a screen accurately describes the content that follows it. Because evaluating "meaningful" requires semantic understanding beyond static rules, this validation is cloud-connected, disabled by default, and results are labeled as needsReview. Cloud validations can be enabled through runtime.cloudValidations in the validation config file and are off by default.
